re: production calendar: as of today (October 6th), you appear to be one third of the way through production. A lot of your shots don't have dates associated with them, and this week's deadline states: "May have another shot or two inbetween"
This is not acceptable. The path through to completion needs to be fully articulated, and work must be done, not "maybe" done, on the calendar.
